Construction Solution Manager – Remote (US)

As the Construction Solutions Manager, you’ll oversee a skilled regional team that ensures successful implementation, quality, and client value across all construction projects in your area. What You’ll Do

• Oversee the setup, execution, and maintenance of construction projects across your region within the company’s platform.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing regional team, supporting onboarding, professional growth, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with global leadership to align regional operations with overall company strategy.
• Serve as a key liaison to internal partners including Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, and Project Managers, ensuring strong communication and collaboration.
• Ensure project delivery meets design guidelines and global quality standards.
• Contribute to process development and scalability, refining tools and methodologies to improve regional performance.
• Advocate for regional market needs and provide insights to support strategic decisions and product evolution.
• Track and report performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and ensure project success.
• Gain hands-on proficiency in the platform to guide, coach, and troubleshoot effectively across your team’s day-to-day work.

What You Bring

• Located in the Eastern Time Zone.
• 8+ years of operational experience managing construction projects.
• 3+ years in a leadership role within construction or construction technology.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience presenting to executive and technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional relationships and lead collaborative, high-performing teams.
• Tech-savvy with strong proficiency in MS Office and G Suite.
• Working knowledge of 3D software and BIM environments (Navisworks Manage preferred).
• Solid understanding of MEP systems and installations.

 Bonus points if you have:

• Experience in ConTech or digital construction platforms.
• Background working with global or distributed teams.
• Experience managing large residential, commercial, or industrial projects.

Salary: $120,000 per year
