Account Executive – Remote (US/Canada)

We’re excited to partner with a fast-growing construction technology company that is building its first true outbound sales engine and is looking for a driven Outbound Account Executive to help make it happen.

This is not a plug-and-play sales role. You will be the first AE focused solely on outbound, shaping the strategy, refining the messaging, and building a scalable outbound motion from the ground up. Your work will directly influence revenue growth and create the foundation for a future sales team. What You Will Do

  • Run a full-cycle outbound motion from prospecting and cold outreach to demo and close
  • Target general contractors and specialty subcontractors across the US and Canada
  • Build and refine outbound sequences, ICPs, and messaging
  • Manage a high-velocity pipeline with typical 30 to 60 day sales cycles
  • Convert inbound and partner-referred leads when needed
  • Educate prospects on how the platform streamlines bidding and preconstruction workflows
  • Work directly with senior leadership as the outbound expert

What You Bring
Must-Haves

  • Proven outbound hunting experience with a strong track record in self-sourced sales
  • 3-10 years Full-cycle selling at a Construction Technology company
  • Experience selling into construction or selling construction technology
  • History of consistently hitting quota in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, discovery, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to operate independently and confidently in a start-up environment
  • Experience selling to GCs or subcontractors

Nice-to-Haves

  • Understanding of preconstruction, estimating, or operational workflows
  • Familiarity with tools in the construction tech ecosystem such as Procore, Sage, Foundation, or Viewpoint
  • Prior success selling CRM or workflow SaaS

The Details
Location: Remote US and Canada
Compensation: Base salary of $80,000 + uncapped commission
