Customer Success Manager – REMOTE

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to lead strategic client relationships, drive adoption of a SaaS platform, and generate expansion revenue. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, customer-facing environments and is ready to take ownership of a high-value portfolio. You’ll partner closely with Sales and Product teams to deliver measurable client outcomes and execute on commercial growth initiatives. This position reports directly to the VP of Customer Success and can be based remotely anywhere in the U.S.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive expansion revenue by generating $500K+ in net new ARR annually through upsells, cross-sells, and strategic account growth
  • Deliver best-in-class retention by maintaining 120%+ net revenue retention and 95%+ gross revenue retention across your book of business
  • Lead executive-level QBRs that highlight ROI, reinforce strategic alignment, and identify growth opportunities
  • Grow stakeholder relationships by developing strong connections with 2+ key stakeholders per client, including asset management, sustainability/ESG, and property management leaders
  • Increase product adoption by driving usage of additional features and achieving 60%+ multi-product adoption across your portfolio

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role at a SaaS or tech-enabled company
  • Proven track record of driving revenue expansion and managing strategic enterprise accounts
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to lead ROI-driven conversations and influence senior stakeholders
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
  • Familiarity with energy, ESG, or commercial real estate is a plus, but not required
