We’re partnering with a growing consumer brand that is expanding its digital footprint and looking for an eCommerce Marketplace Specialist to support and accelerate marketplace channel growth across Walmart.com, Amazon International, and TikTok Shop.

You will own operational execution across key channels, optimize listings for discoverability, and play a hands-on role in new market launches and campaign execution. What You’ll Do
Walmart Marketplace Management
- Manage product listings, titles, images, attributes, and catalog accuracy
- Execute pricing updates and promotional campaigns
- Coordinate with operations for inventory and WFS shipments
- Track sales performance, conversion, and traffic metrics
Amazon International Expansion
- Support marketplace launches in new regions (EU, JP, AU, etc.)
- Maintain and optimize localized product listings
- Assist with FBA shipment coordination and compliance requirements
- Monitor international sales trends and customer feedback
- Execute location-specific advertising and promotional campaigns
TikTok Shop (US/UK)
- Launch and manage TikTok Shop storefronts and listings
- Execute promotional moments, creator collabs, and live shopping activations
- Track performance across sales, conversion, and content engagement
- Coordinate fulfillment and inventory support
General Marketplace Operations
- Resolve marketplace platform issues and support cases
- Monitor account health metrics and proactively mitigate risk
- Compile weekly and monthly performance reports and insights
- Conduct regular audits to maintain accurate and brand-aligned digital storefronts
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience managing marketplace channels such as Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, Target Marketplace, and/or TikTok Shop
- Hands-on experience updating listings, managing promotions, and analyzing performance data
- Familiarity with marketplace toolkits such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Pacvue, or similar strongly preferred
- Strong content organization, accuracy, and documentation habits
- Ability to multitask effectively across multiple platforms and priorities
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, especially in reporting and coordination
