They are now looking for a Founding Engineer who wants to build, innovate, and move at true start up velocity.

You will join a small, high output founding team and work directly with the CTO to ship features daily, push the boundaries of automation, and help create a fully agentic system designed to transform a massive global industry. The team is early enough that you will have real ownership and impact, yet established enough to have paying customers, a live product, and strong momentum.

What You Will Do
- Own features end to end, from idea to shipping to iteration
- Work directly with the CTO and collaborate closely with the founding team
- Help architect and scale an agentic recruiting system built for speed and automation
- Improve workflows, performance, and reliability as the product scales
- Move fast, test aggressively, and deliver meaningful work every week
- Contribute to a product that connects high quality talent with top companies
- Bring strong technical judgment and founder level ownership to everything you build

What You Bring
- Strong experience building with TypeScript and React
- Comfort working with modern SaaS stacks such as Supabase, Prisma, Typesense, LLM APIs, and Trigger.dev
- Ability to ship quickly, iterate, and solve problems with limited guidance

- Curiosity, grit, and a drive to build something that changes how millions find jobs

Role Details
Location: San Francisco, CA (Full-time, On-site)
Salary: $120,000 – $160,000
