About the Role
This is a high ownership founding level position where you will build marketing from the ground up. You will shape the brand, run outbound programs, launch content at high velocity, and create predictable growth systems across both sides of their marketplace. You will work directly with the founding team and have a major impact on how users discover, trust, and adopt the platform.

What You Will Do
- Own and scale cold email programs targeting companies and top talent
- Build outbound sequences, test messaging, and manage deliverability and domain reputation
- Use tools such as Apollo, Outreach, and Smartlead to run outbound at scale
- Launch and optimize affordable paid channels including Meta and LinkedIn
- Produce high volume content across blogs, email, social, LinkedIn, case studies, and product stories
- Distribute content across organic channels, SEO, newsletter, and light paid campaigns
- Support SEO with topic planning, on page optimization, internal linking, and basic tooling
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, copy, and design quality across all marketing assets
- Set and track KPIs across the entire inbound funnel
- Manage marketing partnerships and coordinate online and offline events
- Work closely with the team to turn product insights into campaigns, stories, and experiments
What We Are Looking For
- Strong experience in growth marketing, content marketing, or a hybrid growth and content role
- Hands on experience building and running cold outbound programs
- Ability to produce content quickly and consistently across multiple formats
- Strong understanding of outbound tools such as Apollo, Outreach, or Smartlead
- Comfort with data, experimentation, and making decisions based on performance metrics
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of projects
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Ability to succeed in a fast paced, high accountability environment
Nice to Have
- Experience in early-stage startups or marketplace environments
- Familiarity with SEO, paid social, and basic design tools
- Background in recruiting tech or B2B SaaS
