We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Partner Success / Events Manager to join a growing, SaaS (tech) startup in Birmingham! This role is pivotal in managing client relationships and building partnerships within the Technology Events space. You will be responsible for balancing client-facing skills, project management, account management, and internal coordination to drive our event-related functions and meet our clients’ needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners in the technology events sector. Serve as the primary point of contact and ensure client satisfaction.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute technology-related events, ensuring all aspects are managed efficiently from start to finish.
- Manage existing accounts, identify growth opportunities, and work to expand business within these accounts..
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in client management, event planning, or account management, within the technology industry.
- Strong client-facing abilities, excellent project management skills, and the capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Willingness to travel to events as required.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building and maintaining professional relationships.
