We are partnering with a fast-growing, mission-driven technology company that is building AI-powered virtual employees for nonprofits. They are entering their next phase of growth and hiring their first Revenue Operations Manager to architect the system that will power scale.
This is not a maintenance role. This is an architecture role.
 
Revenue is expanding. GTM complexity is increasing. The organization is building the operating machine that will take them from early traction to structured, scalable growth. This role sits at the center of that transformation.

The RoleAs the first RevOps hire, you will design, build, and own the Revenue Operating System across Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, Customer Success, Account Management, Product-Led Growth, and Support.
 
You will consolidate, structure, and operationalize data across all GTM departments. Your work will create clarity, build intelligent triggers and performance levers, and enable better decisions at every level of the revenue organization.
 
You will report directly to the VP of Revenue and Growth and work closely with executive leadership.
 
What You’ll Own

GTM Data Architecture

  • Consolidate data across Sales, Marketing, CS, Partnerships, PLG, and Support
  • Build clean, reliable attribution models
  • Create standardized funnel definitions and enforce alignment
  • Ensure strong data hygiene with required fields and structured processes

HubSpot System Ownership

  • Redesign pipelines and lifecycle stages
  • Build workflows, sequences, automation, alerts, and performance triggers
  • Develop dashboards that drive action rather than vanity metrics
  • Improve reporting accuracy and forecasting precision

Revenue Performance Optimization

  • Identify funnel drop-offs and conversion gaps
  • Build alerts when performance metrics decline
  • Create usage, expansion, and churn-risk triggers
  • Support improvements across MQL to SQL conversion, close rate, NDR, and CAC payback

Pricing and Contract Strategy Support

  • Analyze deal data and pricing performance
  • Support packaging and pricing changes with quantitative modeling
  • Create visibility into discounting, margins, and payback periods

Cross-Department Process Architecture

  • Improve handoffs between Marketing, Sales, CS, AM, and Partnerships
  • Design scalable onboarding and retention tracking systems
  • Build operational processes that grow with headcount and revenue complexity

Who Will Thrive Here

  • 5+ years in Revenue Operations or GTM operations roles
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot is required
  • Experience supporting companies from Seed to Series A or Series A to Series B
  • Comfortable building systems from scratch in startup environments
  • Highly analytical and systems-driven
  • Confident presenting insights to executives and translating data into action
  • Naturally curious and willing to challenge assumptions
  • Focused on building durable, scalable operating systems

Compensation and Employment Details

  • Employment type: Full-time
  • Work setup: Hybrid (2x per week in office, NY)
  • Reporting line: Directly to the VP of Revenue and Growth
  • Compensation: Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives
