We’re partnering with a leading apparel group known for its diverse portfolio of lifestyle brands, seeking a Senior Account Executive to lead sales strategy and growth within their off-price and value retail channels.

This role is a key driver in expanding market reach and maximizing sales performance across major off-price retailers. As the Senior Account Executive, you’ll own the full sales cycle — from building relationships with buyers to managing financial plans and forecasting results. What You’ll Do
- Drive Sales & Business Development by meeting with buyers and key stakeholders across major off-price retailers to present new collections, negotiate terms, and meet quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Own Financial Planning by creating and managing budgets across brands, categories, and accounts while ensuring margin goals and profitability targets are met.
- Manage Key Accounts by maintaining close communication with partners, analyzing performance, and identifying opportunities to optimize sell-through and inventory flow.
- Collaborate Strategically with merchandising, planning, and marketing teams to align product strategies with retail goals.
- Analyze Market Trends to stay ahead of competitive movements, shifts in the value channel, and consumer buying patterns.
- Represent the Brand at key meetings, trade shows, and events (travel up to 30%).
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in men’s apparel sales within the off-price or value channel, or comparable retail buying experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of retail math, financial planning, and margin management.
- Proven success managing multiple accounts and driving revenue growth in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to build and sustain strong partnerships.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing priorities.
- A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for the apparel industry.
