We are partnering with a growing organization that is shifting toward a digital-first marketing approach and is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead that transformation and drive measurable growth across multiple brands.

What You’ll Do
Strategic Planning and Execution
- Translate brand and business objectives into scalable digital marketing strategies.
- Oversee campaign planning and optimization across websites, email, paid media, and on-site merchandising.
- Ensure brand stories are brought to life through compelling, performance-driven digital experiences.
Paid Media Leadership
- Lead paid media efforts across PPC, paid social, display, SEO, and emerging channels.
- Guide hands-on campaign execution, optimization, and performance analysis.
- Foster a culture of testing, learning, and continuous improvement.
Team Leadership
- Manage and develop a team of eCommerce Strategists and Paid Media Marketers.
- Set clear expectations, support growth, and build a collaborative, results-focused culture.
- Promote accountability, innovation, and initiative across the team.
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Act as the key digital marketing liaison across internal teams.
- Ensure seamless coordination among brand, creative, operations, merchandising, and email/paid media teams.
- Champion adoption of new tools, workflows, and digital best practices.
Performance Management
- Oversee KPI tracking, reporting, and performance insights.
- Present strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve ROI and accelerate growth.
What You Bring
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing or ecommerce with multi-brand or cross-channel responsibilities.
- 3+ years leading teams in a fast-moving environment.
- Proven success scaling digital acquisition and paid media programs.
- Hands-on expertise with PPC, paid social, display, search, and performance marketing tactics.
- Strong analytical ability with experience translating data into strategic action.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Comfortable building new processes and driving organizational change.
