At Hire With Jarvis, we help organizations hire the right people in the right seats at the right time. We are supporting an innovative consumer brand as they search for a Senior Manager, Digital Product who can elevate their ecommerce experience and lead a major digital transformation.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a digital product leader who thrives at the intersection of ecommerce strategy, UX, CRO, and high impact team collaboration. You will own the day to day performance of a fast growing DTC website while leading the charge on a full site redesign and a new app launch set for 2026.
Reporting directly to the Head of Growth, you will play a central role in defining the digital customer journey, optimizing conversion across touchpoints, managing vendors and internal teams, and bringing new ideas to life. If you love data, experimentation, and user centric design, this role gives you the freedom and ownership to make meaningful changes quickly.
What You Will Do
Lead Daily Digital Operations
- Oversee the day to day performance, reliability, and functionality of the brand’s digital storefront
- Manage merchandising, content updates, and ongoing site maintenance
- Ensure a best in class user experience across desktop and mobile
Drive Strategic Campaign and Launch Execution
- Lead digital execution for campaigns, promotions, product drops, and seasonal moments
- Partner with cross functional teams across growth, creative, CX, and leadership to bring ideas to life
Own Reporting and Insights
- Build reporting frameworks and present insights that drive strategic decision making
- Use data to uncover friction points, inform CRO opportunities, and shape future testing
Manage Vendors and Shopify Ecosystem
- Serve as primary owner of Shopify tools, integrations, partner agencies, and app ecosystem
- Evaluate and implement new tools that improve speed, UX, and operational efficiency
Lead the Website Redesign and App Launch
- Guide cross functional teams through discovery, design, content strategy, QA, and launch
- Maintain alignment across creative, engineering, growth, and CX to deliver a seamless experience
Champion A/B Testing and Optimization
- Run a continuous experimentation program with clear hypotheses, measurement, and iteration
- Improve conversion rates through UX adjustments, landing page experimentation, and funnel refinement
Elevate Content and SEO
- Identify opportunities to develop educational content, landing pages, and conversion assets
- Lead SEO and AEO initiatives to expand discoverability in search and emerging AI surfaces
Support Team Leadership
- Manage direct reports, web development partners, and cross functional contributors
- Promote alignment, clear communication, and accountability across digital workstreams
What You Bring
- 5 or more years leading ecommerce strategy and site operations for high growth Shopify brands
- Proven success improving conversion and increasing ecommerce revenue
- Deep understanding of Shopify tools, apps, and integrations
- Strong grasp of UX best practices, CRO, experimentation frameworks, and funnel optimization
- Advanced analytical, reporting, and performance measurement skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast moving environment
- Strong communication skills with comfort collaborating across creative, growth, and technical teams
- A sense of curiosity, adaptability, and comfort navigating an evolving digital landscape
- A positive attitude and willingness to work in a fun, playful brand environment
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $140,000
- Full time with hybrid work schedule (Brooklyn, NY)
