We are supporting a rapidly scaling construction technology company as they search for a Senior Product Marketing Manager who can shape narrative, influence product, and elevate their go to market strategy.
About the Role
This is a high impact position for a product marketer who understands the world of construction technology and knows how to translate complex workflows into stories that resonate with technical operators and senior leaders alike.
You will sit at the center of the GTM engine, partnering with Sales, Product, CS, and Leadership to craft positioning, drive launches, define categories, and empower frontline teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast growth environments and wants true ownership across messaging, enablement, and market strategy.
What You Will Do
Own Product and Market Positioning
- Build differentiated messaging aligned to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing workflows
- Create persona specific value propositions for BIM managers, fabrication leaders, PMs, superintendents, shop supervisors, and operations executives
- Lead competitive and market intelligence across the construction tech landscape
Drive Product Launch and Sales Enablement
- Plan and execute end to end product launches for new features and modules
- Build high impact assets including decks, one pagers, demo scripts, workflow maps, battlecards, and ROI tools
- Equip Sales and CS with messaging that improves win rates and customer expansion
Lead Thought Leadership and Industry Storytelling
- Shape category definition around data driven contracting
- Produce long form content, whitepapers, webinars, reports, and industry education materials
- Act as a subject matter expert on VDC, shop optimization, model accuracy, and field execution
Partner on Demand Generation
- Collaborate with Demand Gen on campaigns that align to MEP use cases and buyer pain points
- Provide insights that fuel pipeline creation and content strategy
- Support partner programs, industry events, and tradeshow initiatives
Elevate Customer Advocacy
- Turn customer outcomes into compelling proof points
- Build case studies, testimonial videos, and shop floor stories
- Develop a consistent engine for capturing and amplifying customer voice
What You Bring
- 4 to 7 years of product marketing experience within construction tech, fabrication management, BIM or AEC SaaS
- Strong understanding of MEP contractor workflows including modeling, spool management, shop operations, prefab, BIM, and field coordination
- Ability to simplify technical topics into clear and compelling messaging
- Proven success launching products and driving measurable GTM impact
- Exceptional writing, storytelling, and presentation skills
- Strong cross functional collaboration with Sales, Product, CS, and Design
- High ownership mindset and comfort operating in a fast growth environment
