Software Engineer – Hybrid (Sharpsville, IN)

What You Will Do

• Design, develop, and maintain custom applications using C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, SQL, and JavaScript
• Customize and support the Infor SyteLine ERP UI using Mongoose, IDO, and .NET components
• Build and maintain integrations using APIs, web services, and industry-standard integration patterns
• Troubleshoot and debug existing applications to improve reliability, performance, and usability
• Work closely with analysts, developers, and end users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Support help desk tickets related to software, integrations, and ERP customizations

What You Bring

• Strong experience with .NET development, including .NET Framework and .NET Core
• Proficiency in C# and T-SQL
• Curiosity and willingness to learn Infor SyteLine and manufacturing ERP workflows
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand business processes
• Excellent communication and a collaborative mindset
• Hybrid availability with the ability to be on-site in Sharpsville once per week

Nice to Have:
Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, SyteLine, Epicor, Sage, cloud migration experience, .NET Aspire, Azure.

Salary: $120,000 per year
