Staff Accountant – Hybrid (Marlborough, MA)

As a Staff Accountant, you’ll play a key role in month-end close, audits, budgeting, and financial reporting while working closely with senior leaders. What You’ll Do

• Contribute to all aspects of accounting operations including general ledger management, account reconciliations, and revenue recognition.
• Support monthly and quarterly financial closings and consolidation processes.
• Partner with the CFO and Controller on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Assist in audits and ad hoc financial analyses.
• Identify opportunities to innovate and automate financial reporting processes.
• Participate in special projects and initiatives to strengthen financial controls and efficiency.

 
What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 1 to 3 years of staff accounting experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• High attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ERP systems or mid-size manufacturing environments a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative finance team.
• Positive attitude, initiative, and a desire to learn and grow professionally.

 
The Details

• Location: Hybrid in Marlborough, MA (2 days remote, 3 days onsite)
• Salary: $85,000 per year
