Syteline Developer – Onsite (NM)

We are partnering with an innovative aerospace and advanced manufacturing organization to hire a Syteline Developer to support critical ERP operations. This is an onsite role, ideally based in Albuquerque, NM.

About the Role
As the Senior Syteline Developer, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining the Infor SyteLine ERP system Version 9 and Factory Track. You will work closely with the ERP Manager and the broader EIS organization to ensure the ERP environment supports site level operations efficiently and securely.
 
Key Responsibilities
• Customize and develop solutions within Infor SyteLine and Factory Track to meet evolving business requirements
• Integrate SyteLine with third party applications and internal systems
• Act as the subject matter expert for Infor SyteLine and LN ERP platforms
• Ensure ERP data integrity, system security, and compliance requirements are met
• Support site operations by troubleshooting and resolving ERP related tickets
• Collaborate in an agile development environment and contribute to DevOps initiatives
• Partner with manufacturing, supply chain, and operations teams to optimize system functionality

You bring structure and clarity to complex ERP environments. Manufacturing teams trust the system because it works. Stakeholders rely on you for insight and practical solutions. Customizations are scalable, integrations are stable, and support requests are handled with urgency and precision.
 
Qualifications
• 5 plus years of experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 9 plus years of relevant work experience
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes including production planning, inventory management, and supply chain
• Hands on experience with Infor SyteLine or LN ERP and MES products
• Proficiency in SQL, particularly T SQL
• Experience with ERP development tools such as Infor Mongoose Framework, .NET, and Microsoft SQL Server
• Professional level certifications in Infor LN or SyteLine preferred
• Experience working in agile software development and DevOps environments
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, communication, and teamwork skills
• Strong time and project management abilities
 
Work Environment and Requirements
• On site Monday through Friday, with Friday flexibility
• Must be able to commute to one of the listed facilities
• Role may include occasional exposure to dust, fumes, and moderate noise
• Position requires close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus
• Must be able to sit for extended periods, operate a computer, and communicate verbally and in writing
 
Compensation and Employment Details
• Salary range: $90,000 to $120,000 annually
• Relocation assistance available
• Full-time, on-site position
• Friday schedule flexibility
• Ideally based in Albuquerque, NM
