Role Purpose.  
  
The Sales Executive plays a crucial role in building our sales pipeline and contributing to our growth strategy by identifying, engaging, and onboarding new clients through proactive and creative outreach efforts. 
 

Role Execution. 
 
  

  • Lead Generation: Conduct daily cold outreach to prospective clients through email, LinkedIn InMails, and cold calls to generate new business.

 

  • Pipeline Development: Add a minimum of 15 new contacts, 5 clients, and 3 leads to the sales pipeline daily, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities.

 

  • Scheduling Meetings: Secure at least 3 client meetings per week through effective follow-up and engagement strategies, facilitating the initial connection between potential clients and our sales team.  

 

  • Client Acquisition: Aim to achieve at least 2 signed client logos per month by effectively nurturing leads and assisting in the progression of sales opportunities.

  • Relationship Management: Maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.  Regularly interacting with clients to understand their ongoing and future needs.

 

  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all outreach activities, lead details, and follow-up actions in our CRM system.   

 

  • Market Research: Continuously research and identify new potential markets and client opportunities to expand outreach efforts.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies, messaging, and target segments based on feedback and performance metrics.  

 

  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly track and report on productivity to ensure alignment with team and organizational goals.  

 

  • Professional Development: Stay informed of industry trends, sales strategies, and technological advancements to continuously improve skills and performance.  

 
About you.  
  

  • Collaborative team player with a knack for sales prospecting and a track record of achieving sales targets. 
  • Required business development skills: high volume cold-calling, high-volume e-mail outreach, CRM proficiency (Salesforce is a nice to have!), prospecting and lead generation, objection handling, relationship management.
  • Level C1 – C2 English, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.  
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and solution-oriented.  
  • Thrives in a target-driven environment with a keen eye for detail.  
  • Open to feedback, adaptable, and resilient in the face of challenges. 
  • Effective multitasker with a proactive and positive mindset.  
  • Seeks help when needed and provides regular updates on plans and achievements.
