A leading Iowa Manufacturer is looking for a VP of Finance to join their team! They’re looking for a dynamic finance leader with a solid manufacturing background. Ideal candidates thrive in an informal, collaborative environment where transparency and feedback are key!
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and lead the finance team.
- Report directly to the CEO.
- Oversee financial reporting to the Board.
- Enhance financial literacy across the organization.
- Drive strategic initiatives and business process improvements.
What We Value:
- Proven leadership in a manufacturing setting (CPG is a plus).
- Experience in strategy development and implementation.
- Ability to boost financial literacy within the organization.
- Hands-on, approachable style with a focus on collaboration.
- Experience with employee-owned companies (Co-Op or ESOP) is a plus.
Location:
- Onsite 4 days a week in Norway, Iowa, with remote Fridays.
