Job Title: Vice President of Marketing
Location: Remote, USA
Salary: $200,000 – $300,000

We offer our products through our online DTC channel and have a brick-and-mortar presence across the US.

Job Description:

• Generate revenue by increasing sales through effective marketing initiatives, leveraging market research, pricing, product marketing, communications, advertising, and public relations.
• Direct all brand and marketing efforts for digital and e-commerce business models.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of marketing professionals.
• Create and present the annual marketing plan and strategy to align with business goals.
• Design and execute dynamic marketing campaigns across multiple channels using integrated marketing methodologies from conception to full implementation,
• Strategize, design, deploy, and analyze email and direct mail promotions with proficiency in layout, design work, and copywriting.
• Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identify and manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors.
• Develop strategic partnerships to amplify the brand message.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8-10 years of well-rounded marketing experience.
• Extensive background in retail, digital marketing, PR, social media, and operations.
• Experience managing mult-million marketing budgets.
• Hands-on experience with CRM, SEM, SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, HubSpot, Salesforce, and social media.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Additional marketing certifications are a plus.
