Key Responsibilities:

  • Extensive experience in the FedRAMP domain:
    • Collaboration with auditors, engineers, and vendors in the FedRAMP environment.
    • In-depth understanding of the complex FedRAMP landscape.
  • Advising clients on FedRAMP compliance and deep-technical aspects:
    • Coordinating with clients and teams to balance defense-in-depth techniques and secure solutions.
    • Engaging in the development of cloud and security strategies, vision-state architectures, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
    • Serving as the cloud SME for design, architecture, and deployment in AWS, Azure, or GCP using automated orchestration and configuration management techniques.
    • Expertise in serverless, microservices, and modern application architectures.
  • Technical proficiency and implementation of cloud technologies:
    • Hands-on approach to learning and implementing new technologies.
    • Proficiency with command-line interfaces and a variety of technology stacks in leading cloud providers like AWS and Azure.
    • Researching and utilizing native services for deployments.
  • Certification and domain expertise:
    • Holding certifications such as PMP, CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, CGEIT, AWS SME, AWS CSA, AWS SCS, etc.
    • Expertise in cloud technologies and cybersecurity.
    • Authoring detailed design and security documentation.
    • Comprehensive understanding of NIST standards.
  • Thought leadership and discipline:
    • Published case studies and presentations at conferences.
    • Self-driven, disciplined, and eager to make an impact.
    • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to track tasks and ensure timely delivery.
  • Familiarity with various frameworks:
    • Knowledge of FISMA, SOC, ISO, HIPAA, HITRUST, PCI, and more.
  • Team leadership and collaboration:
    • Leading a productive team of technical professionals dedicated to supporting customer missions and growth objectives.
    • Collaborating closely with software developers, engineers, and stakeholders.
    • Supporting the development of engineering artifacts that capture system security requirements, and application security design and architecture.
