Syteline Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Infor Syteline Business Analyst. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in analyzing and optimizing our Infor Syteline ERP system to support business processes and objectives. This role involves working closely with various departments to identify needs, define requirements, and implement solutions that enhance business performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop solutions using the Infor Syteline ERP system.
• Requirement Gathering: Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to gather detailed business requirements. Translate these requirements into functional specifications for system configuration and enhancements.
• System Configuration: Configure and customize the Infor Syteline ERP system to align with business processes and requirements. This includes setting up modules, defining workflows, and configuring user roles and permissions.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize reporting tools and techniques to analyze data and generate reports that provide insights into business performance. Develop custom reports and dashboards as needed.
• User Training and Support: Provide training to end-users to ensure they can effectively use the Infor Syteline ERP system. Offer ongoing support to address any issues, questions, or enhancement requests.
• Integration Management: Assist in the integration of Infor Syteline with other business systems and applications. Ensure seamless data flow and process integration across platforms.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for business processes, system configurations, customizations, and user guides.
• Project Management: Lead and participate in projects aimed at implementing new features, modules, or system upgrades. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet business requirements.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to ERP systems and business analysis. Proactively identify opportunities for system and process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Business Analyst, preferably with experience in Infor Syteline ERP.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and data management.
• Proficiency in SQL and reporting tools (e.g., Crystal Reports, SSRS).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
• Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) are a plus.
