Are you an experienced Product Manager with a deep understanding of Shopify Plus? Our client, a leading Shopify Plus Partner agency, is seeking a Product Manager / Technical Project Manager to join team.
About the Role:
In this full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering quality eCommerce projects. You will be responsible for writing detailed tickets using JIRA or other project management tools, hosting discovery sessions with clients, and crafting comprehensive project requirements. Your expertise in Shopify Plus will be crucial in ensuring project success and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write detailed tickets and user stories using JIRA or other project management tools.
- Host discovery sessions with clients to gather requirements and understand project scope.
- Develop and document comprehensive project requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and marketers to ensure project alignment and successful delivery.
- Act as the Shopify Plus subject matter expert, providing insights and guidance on best practices.
- Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to keep them informed of project status and updates.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or Project Manager, within the eCommerce space.
- Strong expertise in Shopify Plus and its capabilities.
- Proficiency in using project management tools such as JIRA.
- Experience hosting discovery sessions and gathering detailed requirements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
