Business Application Specialist w/ C2C Supply Chain Tech Experience – 100% Remote
One of the fastest growing, and already Global Reaching, Supply Chain companies in the US is looking to bring on a Business Application Specialist that knows how to use & navigate through C2C. C2C is a Supply Chain technology developed by HAL, Inc.
Located in over 122 locations across 35 different countries, you’ll be entering a company that continues to grow to this day. This position has massive growth potential, with the Director of C2C looking for someone to eventually take over his position in as little as 2 years!!
What Does Your Day Look Like?
– Helpdesk with C2C
– Navigating through, simply explaining, and training our Clients’ users on C2C
– Participate and often lead in the conversations around enhancing the C2C technology with integrations/customizations, along with other novel ideas around Inventory and Supply Chain.
– Manage sprints, a backlog and application roadmap on a two-week Agile cadence.
– Understand business needs, writing clear stories to execute during each sprint.
– Analyze the impact of proposed solutions across the global organization; develop use cases to explain/demonstrate business requirements, specifications, and acceptance criteria to users.
– Work with test team to develop system integration test scripts and ensure the testing results correspond to the business expectations.
– Work closely with internal stakeholders to manage the process, workflow, data quality and roadmap.
