Our client is a leading SaaS marketplace that connects businesses with the best software solutions to drive their growth. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Demand Generation to lead our efforts in driving qualified leads and revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies.

Position Summary:

The Head of Demand Generation will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for the SaaS marketplace. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in digital marketing, lead generation, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have experience in the SaaS industry and a proven track record of creating and scaling successful demand generation programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive demand generation strategy to drive qualified leads and revenue growth.
  • Lead and manage a team of demand generation specialists, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to align demand generation efforts with overall business goals.
  • Create and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, social media, SEO, PPC, and events.
  • Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and ROI.
  • Continuously test and refine marketing messages, offers, and channels to maximize lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Develop and manage the demand generation budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company’s demand generation strategies remain innovative and effective.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the demand generation team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in demand generation or digital marketing, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns that drive revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM systems, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience leading high-performing teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform decision-making.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
