Job Description:We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized eCommerce Operations Coordinator with experience in both Business-to-Business (B2B) and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) eCommerce environments. This role will be instrumental in managing the day-to-day operations for our consumer electronics brand across multiple platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and other online marketplaces. The ideal candidate will ensure operational excellence in order processing, inventory management, logistics, and platform compliance to drive growth and maintain a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the eCommerce operations across both B2B and DTC channels on platforms like Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and other marketplaces.
- Manage daily order processing, fulfillment, and tracking to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate inventory management, monitoring stock levels across all platforms, and communicating with the warehouse and supply chain teams to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Assist in onboarding new products across all eCommerce platforms, ensuring accurate and complete product information, pricing, and imagery.
Platform Coordination & Support:
- Amazon & Walmart:
- Assist with order fulfillment, inventory syncing, and account management for Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and Walmart Seller Center.
- Monitor and resolve operational issues such as listing errors, order discrepancies, chargebacks, and customer inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with platform-specific requirements and guidelines, including FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) and Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) procedures.
- DTC Website Management:
- Coordinate day-to-day operations on DTC platforms (e.g., Shopify, BigCommerce), ensuring accurate order fulfillment, inventory updates, and product availability.
- Support DTC sales efforts by executing promotions, managing returns, and resolving customer service issues.
Logistics & Fulfillment:
- Collaborate with fulfillment centers, 3PL partners, and internal teams to manage the flow of goods from suppliers to customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Track and troubleshoot shipping issues, including lost packages, returns, and damaged goods, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure accurate SKU management and timely updates of product inventory across all channels.
Data & Reporting:
- Track key operational metrics such as order fulfillment times, inventory accuracy, return rates, and customer feedback.
- Assist in preparing weekly and monthly performance reports, providing insights on operations, sales performance, and customer satisfaction for internal review.
- Use analytics and performance data to identify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions for process improvement.
Product Listing & Content Coordination:
- Assist in managing product listings on Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and other platforms, ensuring that descriptions, images, pricing, and other key information are accurate and optimized.
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams to ensure listings are compliant with branding guidelines and platform requirements.
Customer Service & Support:
- Serve as the point of contact for customer inquiries across platforms, addressing issues related to order status, returns, and general product questions.
- Ensure timely responses to customer reviews, questions, and disputes on e-commerce platforms, enhancing the overall customer experience.
