As a Sage Intacct Support Specialist you will:
- Provide expert Sage Intacct support, troubleshooting issues and delivering quick, effective solutions to clients.
- Assist with system configurations, updates, and user setup, ensuring the platform runs smoothly for our clients.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and deliver seamless ERP functionality.
- Conduct client training sessions to help users fully leverage the features of Sage Intacct.
- Stay current with new Sage Intacct features and updates to provide the best possible guidance.
What You Bring:
- Previuos experience in Sage Intacct support.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with a focus on delivering top-notch client support.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing multiple cases efficiently.
- Must be able to work in the PST time zone.
