Position Overview:
The Director of Growth Marketing will play a key role in shaping our growth strategy, managing multi-channel digital campaigns, and driving acquisition across our DTC and Amazon channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling brands, experience managing high SKU counts, and expertise in high AOV products. This is a data-driven role that requires deep knowledge of e-commerce marketing, performance analysis, and campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • E-Commerce Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies to drive revenue across Shopify, Amazon, and other marketplaces.
  • Scale high SKU count product lines while focusing on high AOV growth tactics.
  • Oversee product launches, promotions, and pricing strategies tailored to different sales channels.
  • Performance Marketing & Optimization
  • Manage paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, Amazon Ads, etc.) to drive conversions, increase AOV, and maintain a strong ROI.
  • Analyze and optimize digital marketing funnels, ensuring maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Leverage performance metrics to refine campaign targeting, creative assets, and ad copy for continuous improvement.
  • Amazon Channel Growth
  • Lead growth initiatives on Amazon, including PPC advertising, listing optimization, and organic rank improvements.
  • Develop strategies to manage high SKU counts, ensuring top-performing products get visibility while maximizing returns across the entire product line.
  • Use data insights to drive Amazon product page optimization, conversion rate improvements, and sales velocity.
  • Cross-Channel Growth Initiatives
  • Design integrated marketing campaigns across email, SMS, content marketing, and paid media, increasing customer lifetime value (LTV).
  • Collaborate with the product, creative, and merchandising teams to align messaging and strategies across channels.
  • Utilize Shopify and other tools to enhance the customer journey, improve conversion rates, and elevate the overall customer experience.
  • Data & Analytics
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track key growth metrics, providing clear insights on campaign performance, AOV, and overall revenue growth.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creative, landing pages, and product listings to improve conversion rates and drive growth.
  • Use insights to drive forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning efforts for all marketing channels.
  • Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketers, data analysts, and external agencies to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing efforts.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and continuous learning within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Amazon, Shopify, and DTC
  • Coming from a brand in the CPG space with a higher AOV & SKU count
