Director of Partnerships – Fintech & Payments Innovator

We are looking for a Director of Partnerships to join an innovative, rapidly growing company where you’ll drive strategic relationships and expand market reach.
About the Role
As the Director of Partnerships, you will spearhead the development and management of key partnerships within the fintech and payments space. You’ll collaborate across teams to identify growth opportunities, drive joint initiatives, and maximize the value of partner relationships. This role will involve both strategy and execution, positioning you as a critical contributor to the company’s growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify, establish, and cultivate strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth and brand visibility in the fintech and payments sectors.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and marketing to ensure alignment and successful execution of partnership initiatives.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and identify potential partners that align with our growth objectives.
- Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for partners, ensuring long-term success and fostering strong relationships.
- Performance Tracking: Set and track key metrics to assess partnership success, providing regular updates and insights to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships or business development, ideally within fintech or payments software.
- Proven track record of identifying and driving successful partnerships in a high-growth environment.
- SaaS Startup experience required.
- Skills:
- Strong relationship-building skills with a network in the fintech or payments industry.
- Strategic thinker with excellent execution and project management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
