We are seeking a dynamic Microsoft Alliances Manager to scale our strategic partnership with Microsoft, enhance our alliance operations, and solidify our presence within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Role Overview:
As the Microsoft Alliances Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing our strategic partnership with Microsoft. This role focuses on alliance operations management, Microsoft strategic engagement, and building impactful relationships with Microsoft leadership teams. Working closely with the CEO and our Head of Microsoft Partnerships, you will have the autonomy to drive strategic initiatives, promote our expertise, and keep our partnership in excellent standing.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Alliance Operations Management:
    • Drive ACR (Azure Consumed Revenue) growth through strategic engagement with Microsoft.
    • Manage activities such as leads sharing, funding allocation, winwire submissions, and marketplace offers to ensure smooth partnership operations.
    • Maintain and enhance the partnership without direct revenue generation responsibilities.
  2. Microsoft Strategic Presence Growth:
    • Engage with Microsoft leadership teams to showcase our capabilities and strengthen strategic relationships.
    • Present partner showcases and enroll in new Microsoft programs to align with emerging opportunities within the ecosystem.
  3. Partnership Development:
    • Build and scale the partnership with Microsoft, cultivating relationships with representatives to drive project introductions and client referrals.
    • Promote our specialties, including Synapse, Databricks, and Fabric, within the Microsoft partner channel.
  4. Referral Program Creation:
    • Design and execute a robust partner/alliance referral program to accelerate growth within the Microsoft ecosystem.
  5. Storytelling & Engagement:
    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to craft compelling narratives that resonate with Microsoft representatives and highlight our unique value proposition.
  6. Strategic Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the CEO and Microsoft leadership to steer partnership strategies and ensure mutual growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in building and managing alliances or partnerships within the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies such as Synapse, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and build trust at all levels, including Microsoft leadership teams.
  • Expertise in alliance operations management, including ACR growth, funding utilization, and program enrollments.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a talent for crafting engaging partner showcases and case studies.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to building and scaling partnership programs.
