Job Title: Marketing Manager/Coordinator
Location: Wynwood, Miami, FL
Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 (Base)
Job Overview: We are seeking a creative and organized Marketing Manager/Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing and executing marketing campaigns, collaborating with agencies and vendors, and ensuring all marketing assets are delivered on time and in alignment with brand goals. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, experience in digital marketing, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive marketing efforts forward.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the marketing and advertising calendars to align with business goals.
- Provide agencies with all necessary marketing materials, including graphics, banners, copy, videos, products, and ads.
- Create and update landing pages to optimize user engagement and conversion rates.
- Manage relationships with content vendors and agencies, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
- Oversee paid advertisement campaigns in collaboration with advertising agencies.
- Coordinate and communicate influencer marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, working closely with agencies to optimize performance.
- Update banners and sales promotions on the website to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Update banners and sales promotions within the app to maintain consistency across platforms.
- Optimize website performance and analytics to improve traffic, conversions, and user experience.
- Schedule push notifications within the app to engage users and drive action.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and campaign management.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with agencies, vendors, and internal teams.
- Experience with website optimization, landing page creation, and digital advertising.
- Proficiency in email marketing and push notification scheduling.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in influencer marketing and social media campaigns is a plus.
