The Role
As an Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving annual recurring revenue by identifying, pitching, and closing deals across the commercial real estate market.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and have the autonomy to shape your sales strategy-combining technical product knowledge with a consultative approach to win and grow enterprise accounts.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close
- Hit or exceed annual targets of $800K–$1.5M in ARR
- Develop and execute account strategies focused on client needs
- Collaborate with BDRs, engineers, and leadership to deliver tailored solutions
- Guide prospects through product demos and discovery
- Maintain accurate records and pipelines in CRM (Zoho or similar)
What You Bring
- 3–8 years of experience as an Enterprise Account Executive
- Proven ability to exceed ARR quotas of $750K+
- Strong understanding of CRE buyers (industrial, office, retail, data centers, multi-family, etc.)
- Skilled at running technical SaaS demos and consultative discovery calls
- Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
- Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university
