We’re looking for a Brand Manager to join their growing team and help drive the success of multiple brands across Amazon and other eCommerce channels.

As the Brand Manager, you’ll take ownership of growth across Amazon and other digital marketplaces, working with cross-functional teams to build strategies, execute promotions, and bring each brand’s mission to life. You’ll operate at the intersection of marketing, operations, and client success, ensuring every initiative drives measurable impact.
What You’ll Do
- Manage brand growth on Amazon Seller Central and FBA, including listings, catalog health, and promotional opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop brand strategies that enhance visibility, conversion, and profitability.
- Act as the main liaison between clients and internal departments, ensuring smooth communication and timely execution of initiatives.
- Plan and execute marketplace promotions such as Lightning Deals, seasonal sales, and Cyber Monday campaigns.
- Partner closely with the marketing team to align creative, advertising, and content strategies with brand goals.
- Analyze sales data, identify opportunities for expansion, and provide actionable insights for performance improvement.
- Support new product launches and category expansions across eCommerce platforms.
- Stay ahead of trends in wellness, supplements, and beauty to uncover new opportunities for brand differentiation.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience managing brands on Amazon or similar eCommerce platforms.
- Hands-on knowledge of Seller Central, FBA, and marketplace promotional tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting sales reports and KPIs.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills; comfortable in client-facing settings.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment with multiple priorities and evolving goals.
- A creative, solutions-oriented approach with perseverance in handling ambiguity.
- Experience in health, wellness, beauty, or supplements is a plus but not required.
The Details
- Location: Fully remote (quarterly travel to Orange County HQ)
- Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 annual
- Type: Full-time
