BIM Solutions Manager – Hybrid (Chicago, IL)

What You’ll Do

• Oversee model development, coordination, and clash detection in line with US BIM standards.
• Provide expert guidance to US-based clients, ensuring best practices are consistently applied.
• Collaborate with global operations and project teams to maintain alignment and technical consistency.
• Serve as the key liaison between US customers and international teams, ensuring local market needs are fully represented.
• Stay current on emerging BIM trends, tools, and workflows to continuously improve internal practices.
• Support implementation and training initiatives to enhance project outcomes and customer satisfaction.

What You Bring

• 7+ years of experience in BIM, with proven leadership in civil engineering or architecture.
• Strong command of US BIM standards, workflows, and regulatory frameworks.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, IFC, and other core BIM tools.
• Solid background in construction projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial builds.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
• Independent and solutions-oriented mindset with strong decision-making skills.

The Details
Location: Hybrid – Chicago, IL (US-based; 2 remote days per week)
Salary: $115,000 per year
