We are partnering with a growing consumer brand that is strengthening its eCommerce operations and looking to welcome an Amazon and DTC Supply Chain Manager to help scale performance across digital channels.

What you’ll be doing

  • Overseeing day-to-day supply chain operations across Amazon FBA, Amazon FBM, and direct to consumer channels
  • Managing inbound shipments, inventory positioning, and fulfillment performance across platforms
  • Building and maintaining replenishment models to balance in-stock rates, cash flow, and warehouse capacity
  • Monitoring key performance metrics such as forecast accuracy, fill rate, lead time, and order cycle time
  • Partnering with third-party logistics and warehouse providers to ensure reliable fulfillment and delivery performance
  • Collaborating with demand planning, sales, and marketing teams to align forecasts, promotions, and purchasing plans
  • Developing and managing reorder points, safety stock levels, and inventory targets by channel
  • Managing Amazon Seller Central requirements including FBA inbound, labeling, packaging, and inventory health
  • Identifying and resolving operational issues such as stranded inventory, chargebacks, late shipments, and cancellations
  • Supporting new product launches and sales events with accurate forecasting and channel readiness
  • Building dashboards and reports to provide operational visibility and insights to leadership

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
  • 4 or more years of experience managing eCommerce or omnichannel supply chain operations
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central FBA and FBM, as well as direct to consumer fulfillment
  • Proven ability to manage forecast accuracy, inventory performance, and fulfillment SLAs
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency and experience using ERP or planning systems
  • Experience resolving Amazon and DTC operational issues through structured problem-solving
  • Clear communicator with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated mindset with a focus on process improvement and collaboration

The Details

  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Location: Hybrid, Stamford, Connecticut, with three days per week on-site
  • Salary Range: $80,000 to $95,000 annually
