Accounting Manager – On-site (Fort Worth)

This is a senior individual contributor and people leadership role for someone who enjoys owning complex accounting environments, leading teams across regions, and ensuring financial accuracy at scale.
 
This position is full-time and supports international operations, working closely with global finance partners and senior leadership to deliver timely, compliant, and insightful financial reporting. Regular collaboration across time zones and consistent attendance are essential to success in this role.

What you will be responsible for
As Accounting Manager, you will lead international accounting operations and ensure the integrity of financial reporting across regions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and developing a financial accounting team across multiple locations, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
• Overseeing preparation and consolidation of international financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Managing month-end and year-end close processes across global entities with accuracy and timeliness
• Ensuring compliance with international accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies
• Reviewing financial data from international operations to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Managing intercompany transactions and reconciliations across entities
• Monitoring international cash flow and supporting effective liquidity management
• Partnering with internal and external auditors to support successful audits
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for international operations
• Preparing financial reports and presentations for senior leadership and global stakeholders
• Building and maintaining strong financial controls and standardized processes across regions
• Staying current on international accounting, tax, and compliance requirements
• Providing training and guidance to accounting team members across locations

What we are looking for

You will thrive here if you bring:

• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership or management responsibility
• Strong knowledge of international accounting principles and financial reporting standards
• Experience supporting international or multi-entity operations
• Proficiency with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Clear communication skills and the ability to partner with non-finance stakeholders
• High ethical standards and a commitment to financial integrity
• CPA certification is preferred

Compensation

• Base salary: $140,000
• Full-time employment
• On-site in Forth Worth
