Office Administrator

We’re hiring an Office Administrator to help keep the business organized, moving, and running smoothly day to day.
This is a great role for someone who loves being the person that keeps everything on track. You’ll support key parts of the operation including paperwork, billing, titles, compliance, and general office coordination. If you’re detail-oriented, reliable, and like having real ownership in your role, this could be a great fit.
What you’ll help own
- Keep office operations organized and running smoothly
- Manage paperwork tied to vehicle sales, titles, and registrations
- Handle invoicing and payment tracking in QuickBooks Online
- Help make sure deals are accurate, complete, and properly documented
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, lenders, and state offices when needed
- Support process improvement and help keep things efficient behind the scenes
What we’re looking for
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with office administration, operations, or back-office support
- QuickBooks Online experience is a big plus
- Automotive title or registration experience is a plus
- Someone dependable, proactive, and comfortable owning important tasks
- Notary and valid driver’s license preferred
