We are partnering with a growing and dynamic organization to find a Billing and Revenue Assurance Specialist who will play a critical role in maintaining financial accuracy, visibility, and operational excellence. This is a fully remote opportunity across LATAM, ideal for someone who thrives in structured, detail-driven environments and wants to make a direct impact on how revenue flows through a business.

This position sits at the center of financial operations, ensuring that revenue is accurately captured, billed, and collected. You will work closely with Account Management and leadership teams to maintain a clear picture of cash flow, revenue performance, and financial health.
Your work will directly influence decision-making, operational efficiency, and overall business success.
 
What You’ll Be Doing
Billing & Contract Management

  • Review and process client contracts, work orders, and change orders
  • Ensure invoices are accurate, timely, and aligned with contract terms
  • Maintain consistent and transparent billing practices across all projects

Revenue Assurance & Reporting

  • Track billed revenue against contracts and identify discrepancies
  • Monitor projected vs actual revenue and flag risks or gaps
  • Partner with accounting to reconcile financial data and resolve issues

Accounts Receivable & Collections

  • Manage invoice aging and follow up on outstanding balances
  • Communicate directly with clients regarding payments
  • Identify trends in late payments and escalate when needed

Accounts Payable & Subscription Oversight

  • Process vendor invoices and ensure proper documentation and approvals
  • Track software subscriptions and renewal timelines
  • Maintain visibility into vendor obligations and spending

Cash Flow & Financial Visibility

  • Monitor receivables and expected collections
  • Provide weekly reporting on revenue, invoicing, and AR aging
  • Support leadership with insights into financial performance

Process Improvement & Documentation

  • Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
  • Develop SOPs to standardize billing and revenue processes
  • Train team members on best practices and tools

What We’re Looking For

  • 4 to 7 years of experience in billing, financial operations, accounting support, or revenue assurance
  • Strong experience with invoicing, accounts receivable, and collections
  • Familiarity with contract-based or project-based billing structures
  • Proficiency in tools like QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar platforms
  • Advanced Excel skills for reporting and reconciliation
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident communicator, comfortable working with both internal teams and clients

A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
