We are currently hiring a Senior Business Systems Analyst (Manufacturing ERP) on behalf of a valued partner. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of business and technology and wants to play a key role in shaping ERP strategy, driving system improvements, and optimizing operations across multiple business units.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the design, configuration, testing, implementation, and ongoing support of ERP and related enterprise systems
- Manage end-to-end project delivery including scope, timelines, stakeholder communication, and execution
- Drive large-scale ERP initiatives from concept through deployment and post-implementation support
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into system solutions
- Analyze business processes, especially during acquisitions, and support system standardization efforts
- Build and maintain reporting, analytics, and decision-support tools to enhance operational visibility
- Oversee reporting lifecycle management and enable self-service analytics capabilities
- Document workflows, business requirements, and technical specifications for development teams
- Develop and execute test plans, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure quality delivery
- Maintain system documentation, procedures, and training materials
- Provide training and ongoing support to internal users and technical teams
- Collaborate with IT teams across multiple locations as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- 5 to 10 years of experience working with ERP or integrated manufacturing systems
- Strong experience within a manufacturing environment
- Hands-on experience with ERP platforms, ideally CloudSuite Industrial or SyteLine
- Experience working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Proven project management experience, PMP certification is a plus
- Strong SQL skills for data analysis and reporting
- Ability to understand both high-level system architecture and technical details
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality

Compensation & Work Setup
- Full-time position
- Location: Pennsylvania, on-site Monday to Friday with some flexibility
- Travel: Approximately 15 to 20 percent regional travel
