We are excited to present an opportunity for an Associate Online Marketplace Manager based in Port Washington, NY. This is a hybrid, full-time role suited for someone who thrives at the intersection of eCommerce, digital marketing, and data-driven decision making. The Opportunity
In this role, you will support and execute marketplace strategies across multiple online retail platforms, helping expand product reach and improve performance across domestic and international channels. You will play a key role in managing product listings, promotions, and marketplace operations while ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Execute marketplace strategies across platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, and Mercado Libre
- Manage product listings, including uploads, updates, merchandising, and content optimization
- Oversee go-to-market timelines including launches, promotions, and on-site activations
- Coordinate cross-functionally with IT, Accounting, Operations, and Customer Service teams
- Own drop ship account setups and ensure smooth onboarding and communication
- Monitor inventory levels across marketplace warehouses and maintain optimal stock
- Analyze sales performance and consumer trends to adjust strategies and improve outcomes
- Develop and execute promotional strategies that drive traffic while maintaining profitability
- Create and share weekly and monthly performance reports with key stakeholders
- Support SEO optimization efforts across marketplace listings
- Identify new marketplace opportunities and present recommendations to leadership
- Work closely with external partners and agencies to ensure timely delivery of initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2 to 4 years of experience managing online marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, or Mercado Libre
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Experience with CommerceHub or Rithum is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in consumer products or international eCommerce is advantageous
Compensation & Work Setup
- Salary: $65,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience
- Hybrid work model: 3 days in office, 2 days remote in Port Washington, NY
- Full-time, exempt position
