About the Role:

Are you an ambitious sales professional with proven experience in selling IT services, ready to take the lead in driving revenue growth? We are looking for multiple Sales Directors to join our rapidly expanding team. These are hands-on, hunter roles where you’ll be at the forefront of our sales efforts, working remotely to capture new business and expand existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Engage with mid-market and upper-midmarket organizations across several key industries, including:
    • Hitech
    • Biotech/Lifesciences/Pharma
    • Automotive
    • Clothing/Niche Retail
    • BFSI
    • Energy/Oil & Gas
  • Sales Strategy: Split your time between 50% warm leads and 50% cold self-generated leads, focusing on developing and executing sales strategies to achieve and exceed your targets.
  • Solution Selling: Sell a diverse portfolio of IT services, including:
    • Application Managed Services
    • Infrastructure Managed Services
    • Outsourced Applications/Digital Product Development
    • Data & Intelligence solutions
    • Procurement Software
    • TIBCO/Temenos
    • Low Code/No Code
    • Large Outsourcing/Margin Expansion
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with cutting-edge solutions and excellent customer service.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: Must have proven experience selling IT services to mid-market and upper-midmarket organizations.
  • Strong experience in business development, with the ability to generate leads and close deals.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
