Mid-Market Account Executive (Specialty Contractors)

Remote – U.S. Based | Full-Time | SaaS Sales

A fast-growing, Series B SaaS company is looking for a driven Mid-Market Account Executive with experience selling to Specialty or General Contractors. This role is ideal for someone with a hunter mentality and a passion for solving real-world pain points through innovative software. You’ll own the full sales cycle, from outreach to close, and play a key role in driving growth in a rapidly evolving construction technology market.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close
  • Build relationships with construction stakeholders and uncover real business pain
  • Deliver consultative, value-driven software demos (virtual and in-person)
  • Consistently meet or exceed quota and activity targets
  • Develop territory plans to build and maintain a strong pipeline
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product and customer success teams

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with a strong track record of closing deals
  • Construction Tech background required
  • Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise accounts
  • Strong consultative sales skills and ability to manage complex deals
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Construction tech experience is a strong plus
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
