Compensation: $90K – $120K base x2 OTE
We are working with a Series A funded, SaaS Startup in Austin that is growing rapidly and looking for several Mid-Market Account Executives with a track record of closing deals between $25K – $50K in ARR. Experience selling to the hospitality industry is highly desired but not requred.
They are a category leader and provide innovative solutions for brands to unlock the extraordinary power of experiences. Their platform empowers hospitality brands to build loyalty and drive new experiential revenue at scale, meeting the evolving consumer demand for memorable experiences over material goods.
Responsibilities
- Identify prospects in various geographic areas and drive leads through outbound emailing, calling, and other contact mediums.
- Build a high-quality, strategic pipeline to drive the use of the platform with hotel customers.
- Prospect, sell, and close deals with both hotel management companies and individual hotel properties.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process: lead generation, solution demoing, negotiation, and hand-off to our implementation team to ensure customer success.
- Conduct articulate, engaging, interactive, and compelling demos.
- Assist in setting and guiding best practices for outbound customer acquisition, selling process, and closing motions.
Requirements
- An interest in contributing to a powerful team environment with a long-term mindset.
- At least 3+ years of previous experience as a B2B, SaaS Account Executive.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong outbound / hunting sales skills (cold calling, e-mailing, etc.)
- Experience with sales platforms such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, etc.
- The ability to demonstrate product benefits and ROI quickly and clearly to prospective customers.
- Previous experience at a SaaS Startup is highly desired.
- Previous experience selling to or navigating hospitality organizations is nice to have but not a hard requirement.
