We are partnering with an innovative and rapidly scaling construction technology company to hire an Account Executive. This is an exciting opportunity for a high-performing enterprise sales professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building strategic relationships, and wants to help modernize one of the world’s largest industries through cutting-edge technology.
 
This role is ideal for someone with a true hunter mentality who knows how to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles, engage senior stakeholders, and close high-value SaaS deals within the construction space. If you have experience selling to General Contractors and understand the operational realities of construction projects, this is the kind of opportunity where your expertise can make a significant impact.
 
What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive new business acquisition and expand enterprise accounts within the construction industry
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
  • Build trusted relationships with construction executives, project leaders, and key stakeholders
  • Develop strategic account plans to identify growth opportunities and maximize long-term value
  • Manage complex enterprise sales processes involving multiple decision-makers
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting
  • Partner closely with customers to deliver measurable business outcomes and long-term success
  • Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience closing complex enterprise B2B deals in ConTech or construction SaaS
  • Strong experience selling into General Contractors and construction organizations
  • Proven success as an Account Executive managing high-value enterprise opportunities
  • Ability to influence and manage deals with 10-20+ stakeholders
  • Strong consultative sales approach with exceptional communication and listening skills
  • Resilient, target-driven, and highly adaptable in a growth-stage environment
  • Passion for construction technology and innovation

Ideal Background

  • Experience combining enterprise ConTech sales with hands-on construction site experience
  • Existing relationships within the construction industry
  • Track record of growing strategic accounts into seven-figure annual spend

Compensation & Benefits

United States

  • Base Salary: $120,000 – $170,000 USD
  • On-Target Earnings: $240,000 – $340,000 USD (Base + Commission)
  • Equity package through stock-option grants

Canada

  • Base Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 CAD
  • On-Target Earnings: $240,000 – $320,000 CAD (Base + Commission)
