We are a leading eCommerce Ageny, known for driving results and exceptional customer service. As we expand our teams, we are seeking a strategic and data-driven Amazon Account Manager to own the relationship and strategy for some of our clients. 

Job Description:

  • Act as the primary account manager for multiple clients, ensuring smooth management of their Amazon business, from strategy development to execution.
  • Develop and implement holistic Amazon strategies that include optimizing product listings, managing advertising, enhancing brand visibility, and maximizing sales performance.
  • Oversee all aspects of client accounts, including product detail pages, content optimization, brand stores, and Amazon SEO, ensuring consistency and alignment with the client’s brand identity.
  • Optimize product listings for search and conversion, including creating and managing titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ content, and images that align with Amazon’s best practices.
  • Drive brand awareness and growth on Amazon by managing promotions, product launches, and pricing strategies that are in sync with broader marketing campaigns.
  • Regularly analyze and report on key performance metrics such as sales, conversion rates, traffic, and customer reviews, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform client strategies and keep them ahead of their competitors.
  • Maintain regular and meaningful communication with clients, offering strategic recommendations, performance updates, and proactive solutions to drive their business forward.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure product listings, promotional campaigns, and advertising efforts are aligned and executed seamlessly.
  • Stay informed about Amazon’s evolving marketplace policies, tools, and trends, educating clients on new opportunities and necessary changes.

Day-to-Day Tasks Include:

  • Managing client product listings, including creation, optimization, and updating to ensure they meet Amazon standards and drive conversion.
  • Collaborating with creative and content teams to develop high-quality assets, such as enhanced brand content and Amazon stores.
  • Monitoring customer feedback, reviews, and questions, ensuring a strong brand reputation is maintained and addressing any issues quickly.
  • Overseeing promotional strategies, such as Amazon deals, coupons, and brand-specific marketing initiatives.
  • Analyzing sales performance and traffic data to inform decisions, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize for growth.
  • Leading client meetings, including performance reviews, strategic planning sessions, and ongoing touchpoints to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.

What You Bring:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Amazon marketplace management, preferably within an agency setting or managing multiple brands.
  • Proven ability to drive success in key areas such as product listing optimization, brand building, and overall Amazon business management.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon’s platform, including Seller Central or Vendor Central, brand stores, A+ content, and SEO best practices.
  • Excellent client management skills, with the ability to maintain strong relationships and deliver results across multiple accounts.
  • Experience using Amazon reporting tools and third-party analytics software to track performance and inform strategic decisions.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Creative problem solver with a proactive mindset and a passion for staying ahead of trends in eCommerce.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and clients alike.
