We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Amazon Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing Amazon accounts for our clients, ensuring increased sales, brand visibility, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong eCommerce knowledge, expertise in Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, and experience with digital marketing and account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Manage day-to-day operations of client accounts on Amazon, ensuring optimal performance.
- Product Listings: Create, optimize, and manage product listings, including titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, and A+ content.
- Inventory & Fulfillment: Oversee inventory levels, monitor stock status, and collaborate with clients on FBA shipments and fulfillment strategies.
- Advertising & PPC Campaigns: Develop, implement, and monitor Amazon advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, etc.), optimizing for key performance metrics such as ROAS and ACoS.
- Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and research on product trends, keywords, and categories to identify opportunities for growth.
- Reporting & Analytics: Regularly track, analyze, and report on sales performance, product rankings, customer reviews, and other key metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for client communications, providing regular updates on account performance, strategies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and troubleshoot any issues related to product listings, account health, or marketplace policies.
- Promotions & Deals: Plan and execute promotions, coupons, and other marketing strategies to boost sales during peak seasons, product launches, and special events.
