Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Amazon PPC Manager to join our team and take charge of our advertising strategy. This is an in-house role that will involve managing a significant ad budget of approximately across campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Amazon PPC and DSP, be adept in analyzing market nuances, and have a proven track record in optimizing ad performance to drive organic growth.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize Amazon PPC and DSP advertising campaigns, focusing on both performance and budget efficiency.
  • Analyze and interpret key metrics such as ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and ACOS (Advertising Cost of Sale) to inform decision-making.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce ad costs while maximizing growth in sales.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research, utilizing both short-tail and long-tail approaches, while identifying negative keywords to enhance campaign performance.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform campaign strategies and optimize ad placements.
  • Collaborate with the product team to create and promote bundled products and kits, driving traffic and conversion.
  • Lead data-driven initiatives aimed at understanding buyer behavior and campaign effectiveness, resulting in smarter advertising decisions.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on ad performance, budget spend, and sales growth.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a PPC Manager or similar role, specifically within Amazon Advertising.
  • Expertise in managing sizable advertising budgets with demonstrable results in driving sales growth.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon’s advertising ecosystem, including PPC, DSP, keywords, and competitive analysis.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on driving results.
  • Passion for continuous improvement and personal growth within the role.
