What You’ll Do:
- Balance hands-on coding (10%-30%) with leadership responsibilities.
- Manage and mentor backend engineers, ensuring code quality and productivity.
- Lead team scaling and support the transition to microservices.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to drive strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of backend engineering experience.
- Hands-on expertise with NestJS, Node.js, and relational databases.
- Experience mentoring teams, managing code reviews, and scaling teams.
- Familiarity with enterprise-level integrations (e.g., Stripe, loyalty programs).
