Benefits Manager (LOA Focus)

We are seeking an experienced Benefits Manager with expertise in Leave of Absence (LOA) processes to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Benefits, this newly created role will focus on supporting business professionals, supervising two direct reports (Leave Specialist and Employee Benefits Assistant), and serving as the primary escalation point for LOA matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the final authority on complex LOA issues, providing support and guidance.
  • Manage two direct reports and oversee the benefits needs of business professionals across all US offices.
  • Handle reporting and analysis (25% of the role), including compliance reports and system testing (stipend portal, open enrollment).
  • Collaborate with external vendors, including cosourcing/outsourcing partners for LOA administration.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Strong LOA expertise, including acting as an escalation point and supervising LOA Specialists.
  • Proven people management experience, leading teams and managing direct reports.
  • Experience with system implementation and process improvements.
  • Familiarity with managing vendor relationships for LOA administration is a plus.
