We’re seeking a Brand & Content Manager to lead brand storytelling, elevate creative strategy, and drive engagement across all digital touchpoints.

The Brand & Content Manager will shape how the company’s story is told across every channel. This role sits at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and performance, driving consistent messaging that strengthens brand identity, fuels engagement, and supports growth. You’ll oversee all aspects of content, from website and social media to CRM and paid media, ensuring every touchpoint feels cohesive and premium.
 
What You’ll Do
Brand & Messaging

  • Maintain and evolve the company’s brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all channels.
  • Oversee content quality and consistency across web, social, email, and advertising.
  • Manage brand guidelines and ensure alignment across teams and external partners.

 Content Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and optimize content for SEO, readability, and conversion.
  • Lead and collaborate with writers, designers, and agencies to deliver on-brand campaigns.
  • Manage CRM content, Klaviyo flows, and other direct communication touchpoints.

 Analytics & Performance

  • Define and track KPIs including engagement, traffic, SEO, and conversion metrics.
  • Leverage tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Hotjar for insights.
  • Present content performance reports and implement A/B testing frameworks to improve outcomes.

 Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with marketing, sales, and design to create unified campaigns and customer journeys.
  • Align product storytelling, launches, and promotions across all digital touchpoints.
  • Support leadership with communication strategies that reflect company goals.

 What You Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in brand marketing, content management, or communications (preferably in eCommerce or luxury/lifestyle brands).
  • Proven success building and maintaining a brand’s tone, messaging, and visual standards.
  • Deep understanding of SEO, analytics, and content performance optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with Magento (or similar CMS), Klaviyo, and CRM systems.
  • Strong command of Google Analytics 4, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and other digital performance tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished, editorial eye.
  • Experience managing agencies or vendors and maintaining brand consistency across deliverables.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

The Details
Location: Hybrid (2 days office, 3 days remote) in Minneapolis, MN
Salary: $70,000-$95,000 per year
