Salary: $70-80k base (negotiable based on experience) Uncapped Commission

We are looking for an Business Development Manager / Account Executive to join a growing, SaaS (tech) startup in Birmingham! This organization is currently seed funded and will be profitable in a couple months. They are growing rapidly and looking to add several key players to their team in addition to this opportunity.
This is a hybrid role in Birmingham and candidates should be able to travel to office.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact with our organization
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients
- Work closely with our product and engineering teams to ensure we’re delivering value to our clients and meeting their needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not a deal breaker)
- 3+ years of experience in a sales or account management role, with a track record of driving revenue growth.
- SaaS, IT or Technology background required
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust and credibility with clients
- Familiarity with CRM tools, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
