About the Role:
As a Business Systems Analyst, you’ll collaborate closely with operations, IT, and logistics teams to ensure our systems are efficient and aligned with business goals. You’ll also have the opportunity to learn and work with a cutting-edge tool, C2C by Hal, Inc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize Warehouse Management Systems to support logistics and operational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement effective WMS solutions.
- Work with C2C by Hal, Inc. to integrate and enhance system performance.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
- Identify business needs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and a deep understanding of 3PL operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability and willingness to learn C2C by Hal, Inc. and other new technologies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
